4/ Wari (Huari)
The Wari people came next, descending from their homelands in the mountains and living in and around Paracas from 600 to 1000 AD.
They most likely intermixed with what was left of the Nazca people. Their art style is quite different from the Nazca, especially as regards pottery, because they tended to use fewer and more natural colours.
